About the Job
Fractional HR Professional - 30 hours per month, payroll & benefits.

Core Responsibilities:
  • Process full variable/commission-based payroll monthly for ~100 W2 clinician employees.
  • Own benefits administration end-to-end, including open enrollment and ongoing employee questions.
  • Administer paid FMLA and time off policies in a non-salaried environment.
  • Implement and maintain compliance, scorecards, and other HR initiatives over time and as needed.

Qualifications/Skills:
  • Demonstrated experience inheriting messy or founder-held HR processes and building them into something clean and sustainable.
  • Hands-on experience processing manual commission or variable-pay payroll (execution - not just oversight).
  • Benefits administration experience for a mid-size employer.
  • Paid FMLA administration experience.
  • Operates independently - brings solutions, not questions.
  • Nice to have: experience in healthcare, behavioral health, multi-location clinic, MSO, or group practice environments.
