Fractional HR Professional - 30 hours per month, payroll & benefits.
Core Responsibilities:
- Process full variable/commission-based payroll monthly for ~100 W2 clinician employees.
- Own benefits administration end-to-end, including open enrollment and ongoing employee questions.
- Administer paid FMLA and time off policies in a non-salaried environment.
- Implement and maintain compliance, scorecards, and other HR initiatives over time and as needed.
Qualifications/Skills:
- Demonstrated experience inheriting messy or founder-held HR processes and building them into something clean and sustainable.
- Hands-on experience processing manual commission or variable-pay payroll (execution - not just oversight).
- Benefits administration experience for a mid-size employer.
- Paid FMLA administration experience.
- Operates independently - brings solutions, not questions.
- Nice to have: experience in healthcare, behavioral health, multi-location clinic, MSO, or group practice environments.
